Open enrollment for 2024 benefits ended on Friday, November 10, 2023. The next open enrollment period will likely be late October/early November 2024 for your 2025 benefits. If you’re a new employee or an employee with a qualifying life event (adoption, birth, marriage, etc.), please visit UKG to enroll or make changes.
You should also have an email in your inbox from IG Consultant Experience containing a “How to Enter Time” one pager.
1. Start on Monday.
2. Submit your hours on Friday afternoon.
3. Your first payment should be sent out as a direct deposit on Friday of your second week.
4. If you have not received any payment by this day (via live check or direct deposit), please contact your IG
Recruiter.

if bank information is entered incorrectly, a direct deposit will not be sent out immediately.
You will not lose access to UKG after termination, and you can update your address by logging into your account, the same way you view your pay statements. If you need assistance with this login information, please email: nritservices.com
You will not be automatically enrolled. You must register and enroll through Fidelity NetBenefits.
You can adjust your deductions at any time, and it will take 2 pay cycles for the changes to take effect.
All employees are eligible for benefits starting at day 31 of assignment based on your start date
